Hello, design lovers!

I created this platform to address common challenges faced by senior designers and directors in meeting client expectations. Drawing from personal experience, I understand the struggle of lacking essential knowledge in high-end design preferences, finishes, design standards, and space planning.

Recognizing the demanding pace of work in the UK and the USA, I aim to streamline knowledge transfer to junior designers while ensuring clarity for consultants and contractors involved in project execution.

This book compiles years of hard-earned knowledge, covering Architecture, Joinery, Lighting, M&E, Small Power, and HVAC in an accessible format. It took over three years to complete, driven by the desire to provide designers with a comprehensive resource they had long sought. However, it remains a work in progress, as I continuously incorporate additional information and details that evolve throughout my ongoing projects.
